Food memories
My career as a chef has taken me to places I would have never imagined experiencing in life. I’ve had the privilege of cooking for some amazing people who have influenced me in more ways than I can explain. From the fine dining years to cooking for some of the Bay Area’s top tech executives, the connection with people has informed everything I do in the kitchen. Through this process, it’s become clear that cooking is really about collaborating. Whether it’s a dish that was enjoyed while traveling, a trip to the farmers market, or some comfort food from childhood, everyone has something that speaks to them. It’s through these conversations and memories that I hope to bring something special through food. To create new memories that will last in your family as they have in mine.
New pathways
I’m currently at a point in my career where the goal is to find the right setup, team dynamic, work environment, where I can stay for a while and really contribute something unique. The past couple years have led me in one direction, private estate. I’ve worked in several households and really enjoyed this avenue of growth. Confident that the best is yet to come.
